Constractions steps

Filling the Formwork

A layer of damp earth mixture is placed inside the wooden formwork. The material is distributed evenly to prepare for compaction, ensuring consistent density across the entire section.

First Compaction

The earth is mechanically compressed to approximately half of its original volume. This process increases density, strength, and structural stability while defining the first solid layer.

Layering and Repetition

Additional layers of earth are added and compacted sequentially. The repeated process creates visible stratification, enhancing both structural integrity and the distinctive natural texture of the wall.

Removing the Formwork

Once the required height and density are achieved, the formwork is carefully removed. The result is a solid, self-supporting rammed earth structure with clearly defined horizontal layers.
